From 13–31 July, the summer program gave children in Gashora a safe, structured place to keep learning during the school holiday while strengthening academic skills, confidence, creativity and practical abilities.

About Inzozi
Inzozi means dreams — and every dream deserves the chance to grow.
Inzozi Learning Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Gashora, a rural community just south of Kigali near the Burundi border. The land carries the deep scars of the 1994 genocide, which claimed more than 40,000 lives in this region alone.
Today, 98% of families in Gashora rely on agriculture, and 65% live below the poverty line. Education is how we break that cycle — free classes, books, tutoring, and a safe place for children and adults to keep learning.
